JANE REYNOLDS  is a composer and pianist with a Ph.D. in Composition and Theory from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She has collaborated extensively and recorded with vocalist Lynette Margulies and bassist Hans Sturm.  Her duo CD with Hans Sturm, "Blue Got Up," received a Wisconsin Arts Board composition award.  She has also collaborated with poets John Tuschen and Fabu Mogaka, and has been a frequent contributor to Tap-it New Works theatre company.  A music educator for thirty years, she teaches piano, jazz improvisation, composition and theory.  Jane is co-host of “Strictly Jazz Sounds” on WORT-FM radio.
